Return Procedure

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within 14 days of receiving the product. Requests can be made via email at finance@atherisify.com or by phone at +41 79 840 94 28. The customer should provide their order details, including proof of purchase, to facilitate the process. Once the request is received, our team will provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable, or for resolving the issue through alternative means.

Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Digital products, such as licenses or access to platforms, are generally non-returnable once access has been granted, unless there is a defect or issue attributable to our platform. Physical products, if applicable, must be returned within 30 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Timeline

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item or confirmation of the issue. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Please note that bank or payment service providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of digital products, access to platforms such as Atheris Learning Navigator, Atheris Virtual Tutor Suite, Atheris Interactive Learning Hub, Atheris Data Insights Portal, Atheris Curriculum Builder, and Atheris Language Learning Companion are generally non-returnable once activated, unless there is a defect. Physical items, if any, must be returned in accordance with the conditions specified above. Customized or tailored solutions are also excluded from return eligibility.

Customer Rights and Limitations

Customers have the right to request a return or refund if the product does not conform to the description or if there is a defect. Claims must be supported with appropriate evidence and submitted within the applicable timeframes. We reserve the right to evaluate each return request on a case-by-case basis.
